Trustpoint Insurance, LCC is an insurance agency and brokerage operation selling property, liability, professional, bonds, life and health products to both commercial and individual clients throughout the United States. Coverages are offered through variety of standard insurance companies directly represented by the agency. In some cases non-standard insurance companies are used through wholesale broker access.
COMPANY HISTORY Trustpoint Insurance is the continuation of two family run agencies that where purchased in 1992 and 1996 by Reidman & Associates that in turn was purchased in 2001 by Brown & Brown Insurance. The Richlands office was previously Clinch Valley Insurance that operated in the area for over 50 years. John Macro Warner's grandfather purchased Clinch Valley Insurance Agency around 1968. Marco and his mother, Barbara McMillan purchased the business from him in 1993. Scott Dorton originally founded the Norton office in 1986 as Pound Insurance. Scott Dorton moved to Bristol in 2001 to manage several small agencies that merged into what is now our Bristol operation. Agency Principals: Scott A. Dorton - 18 Years Agency Experience Robert F.
